We appreciate your interest in BACC Worship.  We know that auditioning can be an intimidating experience, but don’t stress – we want you to be comfortable.

You will audition individually and will be working with a very small group.

If you are currently involved at another church, we ask that you stay committed to that church – we believe in local churches and partner with them in reaching our communities.  If you have recently made BACC your church home, we ask that you attend a First Step class to learn about our core values before auditioning. We look forward to meeting you and hope you have a great audition.

  • Attend BACC services and special events as a leader and a vision-carrier, leading worship in the congregation even when you’re not on stage

  • Be involved in a missional community

  • Agree with BACC statement of faith

  • Agree with and sign BACC leadership covenant.
