At Bay Area, we describe our leadership structure as being an elder-led, staff-run church. Our elders are godly men who serve the church by providing oversight and direction in areas including the mission, vision, goals, objectives and accomplishments of Bay Area. Our deacons are godly men and women who function as servants, ministering to our church family in practical ways. The deacons’ primary responsibility is administration of Bay Area’s benevolence fund.
