The BACC Residency prepares and equips high capacity leaders to pastor or plant local churches or be sent as missionaries to serve in the global church. We focus on preparing Residents for full time vocational ministry by training them in our local context, emphasizing growth in the areas of godly character, biblical knowledge, and practical ministry skills. The Residency is comprised of 2-one year intensives. Year one focuses on core curriculum and ministry foundations while year two emphasizes training in a specific ministry field. Residents are assigned a mentor coach who guides and oversees the Resident’s development and growth. The Residency prepares candidates for ordination, commissioning, and/or being sent into full time vocational ministry. Graduates may or may not remain in Bay Area’s ecosystem upon completing the Residency. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
