Floor Leaders -
You are the right hand to the Area Coordinator. Pray, encourage, and support the classroom leaders by ensuring the supplies in each classroom are adequate, assisting in the process of checking the children in and out and helping to move the classes to and from large group.
Small Group Leaders -
You will instruct and guide a group of children each week to memorize the monthly Bible verse. The goal is to connect with and encourage these children towards Christ . All materials are provided each week for a stress free opportunity. (Every week or every other week.)
Small Group Helpers -
You will support and assist the small group leader and floor leader. You will set up and help with crafts, snacks and restroom breaks. (Every week or every other week.)
Large Group (Worship, Drama, Story team) -
Be an active role in our large group time. You will help to motivate the children through skits, worship, prayer, and fun. Our goal is to point them to Jesus Christ. (Every week or every other week)
Creative Arts -
Working with the Area Coordinator, you would create memorable fun audio and visual experiences for the large group time. You would be responsible for creating graphics and video support for this area that would pertain to the month’s virtue and theme.
Mid-week Prep Team—
This team is instrumental with preparing the activities. They cut, copy, and assemble classroom activities/curriculum. (This team is a great choice if you can not commit to Sunday mornings.)
Substitutes -
Fill in for a small group leader, helper, worship team member who is unable to be there. (Please specify area you’d like to substitute in.)
Task Master (4th and 5th Grade Only) -
Assists the Floor Leader within an area of Children’s Ministry with numerous tasks.
Security Team -
Keep the area safe and secure for our children. You will help monitor hallways, and help in case of classroom evacuations.
Children’s Welcome Team -
Welcome new families to the ministry. Send a note to each child after their visit for that personal touch and encourage them to come back and join the us again.
